These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Trades Marketing Co ("we," "us," or "our"), a division of Orange Agency Media LLC. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Trades Marketing Co provides digital marketing services specifically for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general contractor businesses, including:
You must be a licensed and operating trade business (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or general contracting) in the United States or Canada to use our paid services. We reserve the right to refuse service to non-qualifying businesses.
Our service plans are billed monthly in advance at the rates listed on our Pricing page. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is billed separately and at-cost.
If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund by emailing john@orangeagency.media. Ad spend billed at cost is non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

By you: You may cancel any time with 30 days' notice. No refunds for partial months beyond the 30-day guarantee.
By us: We may suspend or terminate services if you fail to pay, breach these Terms, or engage in abusive behavior. We will provide notice where possible.
We retain all rights to our methodologies, templates, AI tools, and proprietary processes. You retain ownership of your business data and any content we create specifically for you (e.g., blog posts, GBP posts).
Marketing results vary. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes, though we commit to following best practices. Past performance of any client (including HECS USA) is not indicative of future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Fayette County, Kentucky.
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers.
